Pay an invoice
Each GFL invoice email has a secure QuickBooks “Pay now” button. Pay by card or bank transfer (ACH) there, with no account needed.
Ways to pay
Online, from your invoice email. Click “Pay now” in the invoice from GFL. It opens a secure QuickBooks payment page.
Customer portal. Customers with a GFL login can see every unpaid invoice in one place. Open the customer portal
ACH or wire. Bank details are printed on your invoice. Call accounts receivable to confirm them before your first payment.
Check. Mail to Green Freight Logistics LLC, 1250 S. Capital of Texas Hwy, Bldg 3, Ste 400, Austin, TX 78746. Write the invoice number on the check.
Before you send money
- GFL will never change bank details by email or text.
- If you get a “new bank account” notice, call (512) 354-2647 before paying.
- Invoice emails come from @greenfreightlog.com or from QuickBooks (Intuit) on our behalf. Either way, the “Pay now” button opens an intuit.com page.
- Forward anything suspicious to [email protected].
